The Body Guide Group offers a broad demographic of users but it is predominantly ABC1 women who use the websites and who are registered for our public email newsletters.
Our Men's Guide has been developed to attract male users specifically and Fitness focussed website have a more balanced mix of Men and Woman.
The website users, as they have an interest in complementary health, professional beauty, fitness and mind development, have a broader interest in looking good, taking care of their health, are open to alternative & complementary ideas and improving their physical and emotional wellbeing.
Advertisers of products and services that appeal to these interests would benefit from advertising on the website and in email newsletters.

Geographics
The Body Guide website, directory and emails have been developed to cater for the UK market although the A-Z treatment guide has international appeal.
Currently the marketing and promotion of the websites is only focussed on the UK but other countries can register a free standard listing and join our eNewsletter register.
We currently only have a limited number of directory listings and email recipients from outside of UK.
We are developing associated websites to appear in other english speaking countries which will be following in 2008.
