Body Guide Gift Vouchers are an incredibly versatile voucher programme.

They can be used on hundreds of different treatments at locations throughout the UK giving the recipient a huge amount of choice.

Personalised Message
Your Gift Voucher is sent within a gift card that is personalised with your message. You can send a greetings as well as suggestions on which treatments they could try and the reason for the gift.

You Choose the Value
(min £20)
You can choose the value of the voucher – as long as it is £20 or more so you spend the amount you want.

Postage and Handling
A postage and handling amount of £2 (inc vat) is added to all orders to cover postage to UK addresses. We aim to have the gift voucher dispatched by the end of the next working day when orders are received before 11am. Orders received after 11am will be dispatched within 2 working days. All vouchers are sent out my First Class Royal Mail and delivery times are therefore governed my Royal Mail. Terms & Conditions of Gift Voucher Purchase

1. Body Guide Gift Vouchers can be redeemed with any of the businesses listed on theBodyGuide.co.uk or any of the other Body Guide Group websites, when they display the 'Gift Vouchers Accepted' symbol . We recommend that you check the area local to the gift recipient's home or work to check businesses in the area will accept the voucher.
2. £2 postage and handling price includes vat and will be added to the value of the voucher you choose during the payment process.
3. We aim to have the gift voucher dispatched by the end of the next working day when orders are received before 11am. Orders received after 11am will be dispatched within 2 working days. All vouchers are sent out by First Class Royal Mail and delivery times are therefore governed my Royal Mail. If you require guaranteed or express delivery, please contact the office on 0845 00 66 298 during business hours.
4. Risk of loss, destruction or damage to the vouchers remains with Body Guide until delivery to the customer’s address or nominated address where upon risk shall pass to the customer or recipient. Non delivery or damage must be reported within 14 days of the date or purchase.
5. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law.
6. Some treatments are only available to clients over 18 years of age and therefore you should check the suitability of the treatment before purchasing the voucher.
7. Gift Vouchers can only be refunded if they are returned within 28 days.  The £2 postage and handling will not be refunded.
8. The Body Guide will provide vouchers in accordance with these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt all other terms whether contained or referred to in a customers order or in any other document, are hereby excluded.
9. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

To Use the Vouchers

You can use these vouchers with any of the businesses who display the Gift Vouchers Accepted icon on their listing at theBodyGuide.co.uk website.

Once you have found the treatment you wish to have at the location that is most convenient, please telephone them to make your appointment. 

At the time of making the appointment, please make them aware that you are coming with a Body Guide Voucher and provide them with the unique Voucher number which is located on the voucher.

Terms and Conditions of Gift Voucher Use

1. Body Guide Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed on treatments provided by medical practitioners.
2. If the treatment exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid directly to the business at the time of the treatment.
3. Any unused balance should be retained with business with whom the Gift Voucher is first redeemed as credit. If you wish to use the one Gift Voucher with several businesses, please contact the office prior to making your appointment/s.
4. Gift vouchers can not be redeemed for cash.
5. Body Guide Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with Body Guide Introduction Vouchers or in conjunction with any other promotional offer accept at the discretion of the business accepting the voucher. Please check with them at the time of booking
6. Gift Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of issue.
