Salons, Clinics, Therapists, Instructors – Reclaiming the Value of a Gift Voucher

Body Guide Gift Vouchers will help bring new clients through your door and bring in extra revenue particularly during the quieter times such as just after Christmas.  You can offer this flexible gift voucher programme without the hassle of the promotion and administration of your own programme.

Body Guide Gift Vouchers are purchased from the Body Guide and redeemed with any business who is listed on theBodyGuide.co.uk or other Body Guide Group websites who have agreed to accept Gift Vouchers.  To be part of the Gift Voucher programme, simply log in to your account and select the Gift Voucher option within the ‘Vouchers/Promotions’ section.  This will display the Gift Vouchers Accepted icon on your listing page.

Once the client has used the voucher you redeem the value of the voucher from the Body Guide Group less a 15% administration charge (min £5). The minimum voucher value is £20.

How it Works

• Gift Vouchers are purchased by members of the public and are sent or given to the Gift Voucher recipient.
• The Gift Voucher recipient then searches the website to find the treatment they are interested in within an area suitable for them. They are advised to telephone in advance to make a booking and provide you with the Gift Voucher reference number. You can confirm the details with us either by email on info@thebodyguide.co.uk or during office hours on 0845 00 66 298 if you wish.
• On the day of the appointment they must present you with the voucher in payment for the whole or part of the treatment/session. If the voucher is a greater value than the treatment/session, you can choose to retain the additional value in credit but change should not be given. They must settle any payment over and above the voucher value as any other client is required to.
• You then complete the Gift Voucher Redemption Form, which you can download here, and send it to us along with the original voucher.
• We will send you, via bank transfer or cheque, the value of the Gift Voucher less the 10% administration fee (minimum of £5) within 5 working days of receipt of the redemption form.

Terms & Conditions of Gift Voucher Redemption

• The ‘How it Works’ section forms part of the Terms & Conditions of Gift Voucher Redemption.
• Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and the expiry date is printed on the voucher. 
• Redemption of the Gift Voucher value must be made within 28 days after the expiration date which appears on the Gift Voucher.
